Smileys educators have been hand picked as part of a team of what they bring to Smileys. Smileys is committed to ongoing staff training and staff development to bring out the very best in all carers they employ. Smileys have a long term staffing plan ensuring continuity and a high level of quality care being promoted at all times.

	Lisa: My Name is Lisa and I am Qualified Educator. I have 17 years of childcare experience and I am a mother of two boys. I believe with my Knowledge and experience make a big difference in the children I care for. I love to watch children learn through play and be there to support and praise each child through their learning journey.
	Rachel: My name is Rachel, and I have been a qualified educator for 10 years. I am currently working in the Toddlers room. I have been employed at Smiley’s for the last 3 years and have enjoyed watching the children learn and develop through Play.
	Fiona: My Name is Fiona I’m a mother of two and I have been in the childcare industry for 7 years. I currently hold a diploma in Children Services and I have gained so much of my knowledge and abilities from the childcare industry.
	Amy: My Name is Amy and I am a Qualified Educator that has worked within the industry for 8 years. I believe that the early years in a child life are very important, as a carer we play an active role in nurturing , encouraging , supporting and role modelling behaviours and experiences that enables children to develop explore their unique individual personalities.
	Cicely: My name is Cicely, and I have been employed at Smiley’s for 1 year. I have been in childcare for 4 years, and am currently studying my cert 3 in children’s services. I have experience in working with children.
	Emma: My name is Emma and I am a Qualified Educator. I have been working at Smileys for three years, but have over seven years experience working with children in a variety of settings. I believe in embracing a child’s natural curiosity and wonder; letting children be children. Letting them play, laugh, explore, attempt, express, learn, grow, create and have fun in a positive, comfortable, safe and nurturing environment.
	Ray: My name is Raylene, and I have been in the childcare industry for 12 years. I hold a Diploma in Children’s services and i have passion in the childcare industry. I currently work in the Pre-Kindy room.
	Krystle: My name is Krystle , I hold a Cert 3 in Children’s services and have been working with children for 5 years. Every day is a new experience and I look forward to completing my Diploma in Children’s services which i am currently undergoing at the moment.
	Melissa: My name is Mellissa and I have recently started to study my Certificate 3 in Children Services. I have a lot of common knowledge and love sharing this with children around me so I can help them grow and develop.
	Louise: My Name is Louise and I completed my Certificate 3 in children Services in NSW. I moved to Perth and I am currently studying My Diploma in children Services. I have a lot time and passion to spend in the early years setting.
	Alisha: My name is Alisha and I have recently just completed my Diploma of Children Services . My interest and chosen field is the early years and I do intend on furthering my studies and completing my Teaching Degree.
