I was initially a little apprehensive about sending my 1 year old son to day care, but thanks to the staff at Smileys, my fears were very soon alleviated. Now, over 12 months down the track, I think it's the best think I could have done for my son's development. He is a happy, well adjusted boy who loves the time he spends at Smileys. The staff are warm and friendly, you can tell they really care about the kids they look after; and the environment is relaxed yet remains professional. As a fairly new parent to your centre I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have helped both myself and my daughter Jayde, to settle in. Choosing to place Jayde in child care was initially a difficult decision to make. However, after spending only a few minutes in your centre I was confortable and certain I had made the right decision. It was obvious to me immediately that the children in your centre enjoy being there. The relationships betweek the staff and the children are positive and friendly. All staff portray confidence and skill in being able to relate to and care for the children. Jayde has settled in at a rate I could never have imagined, this is thanks to the hard work and commitment of your staff, and that confirms for me that i have made the right decision.
I am so pleased to find that there aer still child care centres that provide such a high standard of care. You all play an integral part of making Smileys the great centre that it is, and I look forward to continuing to get to know you all.
