Is there a program of day-to-day activities for my child?
Yes. Our program is an interest based ‘emergent’ curriculum that supports the individual needs.

What do I need to bring to Smileys?
A broad brimmed hat, roll on sunscreen and a change of clothes (although your child may be toilet trained, we sometimes have too much fun and get a little messy!!)

Are there opportunities for my child to become familiar with the broader community?
Yes, there are a range of experiences whereby the children have contact with the broader community, including a variety of excursions and incursions. Periodically, we invite local community agencies into the centre eg fire brigade, police. Our families are encouraged to spend time at the centre as well.
